By creating an account on NexoCRM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content, (b) attempt to disrupt the service, (c) use the service for spam or unsolicited marketing, or (d) access other users' data.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or modify features without notice.

5. Pricing

The free tier is currently free of charge. We may introduce paid tiers; existing users will receive fair notice of any pricing changes.

6. Intellectual Property

NexoCRM and its branding belong to us. The data you add belongs to you — we simply store and process it on your behalf.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
